ACRE Advisors is a boutique real estate advisory firm focused exclusively on buy side hospitality acquisitions. We represent investors, owner-operators, and institutions acquiring hotels and hospitality assets, with an approach grounded in underwriting, operational awareness, and long-term performance.
Hospitality is not traditional real estate. Revenue durability, brand requirements, regulatory constraints, capital expenditures, and operating complexity all materially affect value. Our role is to help buyers navigate these realties before capital is committed.
By working exclusively for buyers, we avoid conflicts of interest and maintain clear advocacy throughout the transaction. This approach allows for objective underwriting, candid deal guidance, early identification of risk. Our goal is not transaction volume. It's successful ownership outcomes.

Andrea Scott
Principal Associate Broker
Andrea is a well-versed executive with a broad set of professional talents and accomplishments. Her expertise spans project management, organizational development, business development, debt sourcing, and capital deployment across multiple CRE sectors.
Whether leading people or projects, Andrea’s true passion is creating meaningful interactions and experiences for all stakeholders rowing towards a common goal. She excels in simplifying the seemingly complex and believes success is in the details. She's an excellent communicator and treats every project with a level of ownership that is impressive.
In her most recent role, she successfully supported a US based private equity firm as the Acquisitions director in over $400M in acquisitions adding significant growth to the funds balance sheet.
Andrea holds undergraduate degrees in Finance and Business Management, a Masters of Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional through PMI. Andrea also hold her State of Michigan real estate broker license and is the principal associate broker for ACRE Advisors.
Andrea lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan with her husband and two children and when she’s not working, you can find her reading a book, completing a puzzle or traveling with family and friends.
