Andrea Scott

Andrea is a well-versed executive with a broad set of professional talents and accomplishments.  Her expertise spans project management, organizational development, business development, debt sourcing, and capital deployment across multiple CRE sectors. Whether leading people or projects, Andrea’s true passion is creating meaningful interactions and experiences for all stakeholders rowing towards a common goal.  She excels in simplifying the seemingly complex and believes success is in the details. She's an excellent communicator and treats every project with a level of ownership that is impressive. In her most recent role, she successfully supported a US based private equity firm as the Acquisitions director in over $400M in acquisitions adding significant growth to the funds balance sheet. Andrea holds undergraduate degrees in Finance and Business Management, a Masters of Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional through PMI.  Andrea also hold her State of Michigan real estate broker license and is the principal associate broker for ACRE Advisors. Andrea lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan with her husband and two children and when she’s not working, you can find her reading a book, completing a puzzle or traveling with family and friends.

Brendan Johnson

Brendan earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from North Dakota State University. He started his career in private equity as an financial analyst intern. Upon graduation Brendan trainsitioned from his internship to firm full time; working his way from entry level financial analyst to respected leader. Brendan’s underwriting and financial analysis initiatives assisted in identifying and closing on $250M+ of hospitality real estate acquisitions. His expertise in market and property specific research was a favorite part of his various roles and remains a passion of Brendan’s today. Brendan’s leadership spans modeling templates, underwriting, due diligence, and preparing deliverables to assist in corporate governance. During the pandemic, Brendan became a FINRA registered representative having held both Series 22 and 63 licensure. With this licensure, Brendan participated in several acquisitions through tax deferred 721 exchanges. He has since relocated to Grand Rapids, Michigan to launch Accomplish Collective and is looking forward to leveraging his institutional buying practices for a wide variety of clients and investment opportunities.

Linzey Erickson

Linzey is a strategic executive and attorney with specialized expertise in commercial real estate and financing transactions, entity creation and management, and private offering development and oversight. Linzey propels investments by effectively sourcing and negotiating capital and real estate and overseeing assets under management. She actively contributes to Accomplish Collective's capital raise, offering structure, business development and legal efforts. While Linzey began her career gaining extensive experience litigating and managing litigation matters from demand phase through trial in matters spanning from intellectual property to finance and general business disputes, most recently, she served as the President & Chief Legal Officer of a national investment sponsor, overseeing nearly $700 million in real estate assets. She has coordinated or managed over $2 billion in real estate transactions. Linzey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota and a Juris Doctorate from Drake Law School, where she graduated with highest honors. Linzey is also registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office as a patent attorney. She lives in Fargo, ND with her family, where she enjoys traveling, exercising, and watching her children participate in their many extracurricular activities.
